What You Need to Know About Our Webinars
- What is a webinar?
Our webinars are prerecorded workshops available 24/7 and delivered to you for download via the Internet. These webinars are on-line versions of some of our most popular, results-driven live workshops -- but they're available to you any time and anywhere. - Is there a particular date or time that I have to attend the webinar?
NO! All of our webinars are available to you 24/7 (asynchronous) -- you can participate in the webinar anywhere AND at any time that is convenient for you. - Do I need special equipment or software to participate in a webinar?
All you need is a computer with an Internet connection -- there is NO special software needed to participate. Since you choose the date and time when you want to participate, you don't need a separate telephone line to 'call in' to access the webinar. - What do your webinars include?
We offer 3 options to suit any budget:
OPTION A. A bundle that includes the webinar's audiopodcast AND ebook (includes workbook for note taking plus the PowerPoint slides).
OPTION B. A downloadable audiopodcast only
OPTION C. A downloadable ebook only - What is an ebook?
Our webinar ebook is a downloadable, printable workbook for you to use as you participate in the webinar -- it includes handouts as well as the PowerPoint slides used in the webinar. - What is the cost for a webinar?
Our webinars are very affordable, running from $20 to $30 for a bundled package (see option c above). - What if I don't have time to participate in the webinar all in one sitting?
Not a problem. Because our podcasts and ebooks are downloadable, you choose when you want to participate -- immediately or sometime in the future. - How do I access my webinar after I purchase it?
After purchase, you will receive an email with complete log in and download instructions -- it's easy! - I've never participated in a webinar before. How do I know if I'll like on-line training?
Each of our webinars offers a FREE 90-second sample to help you decide if this webinar is right for you. Just click on the "PREVIEW" link to listen to some of the audiopodcast and the "SAMPLE" link for a section of the ebook. - How do I purchase a webinar?
Just click on the "BUY NOW" button, then follow the instructions for purchase. - I've never purchased anything on-line before. Is it safe?
We use PayPal, a very safe and user-friendly way to make on-line purchases. PayPal will accep your major credit card or check -- you no longer have to have a PayPal account in order to use this service. - I don't want to pay on-line. Can I just mail you a check?
Paying by check via mail will significantly delay when you can begin to participate in your webinar -- up to 2 weeks from our receipt of your check. We strongly urge our clients to use PayPal when purchasing a webinar. - I'd like to have you present one of your webinars to my department or at a conference. Are you available to do 'live' versions of your webinar?
YES! In fact, our webinars are on-line versions of our previously presented 'live' workshops. For information, please contact us at 412.722.1020 (EST).
